YES, Your monthly recurring bill will stay the same, no matter how much the usage is.
From the day you place your order, generally, it takes 5 business days for your service to be activated at your end. You will usually receive your high-speed install kit via courier in two business days.

Generally, the high-speed internet can be 6 megabits per second (Mbps) download or more. Our packages range from 25 megabits per second to 1024 megabits per second, depending on your requirement.

The speed of service you require will depend on your usage and the devices you intend to use connecting on internet. Our Basic service (6mbps) is perfect for those who use the internet to check emails, use online services such as banking, and other day-to-day activities. However, if you like to stream videos online (such as Netflix and Hulu), or play games online (such as Minecraft) or connect gaming systems such as (X-Box, PS5), we recommend our Premium Services. This is recommended for those who use multiple devices connecting to internet at the same time.

Your charges will remain the same until you cancel your service.
We will be able to install the service between 4-5 days after signing up with Techminds. Our goal is to install the service the day following your cancellation.
In order to avoid any service interruptions, please provide 4-6 days’ notice.

You will receive an invoice by email every month. You may make a payment through our ‘pay now’ link on by using My Account/Pay now, or call our office at 647 946 7777 (Credit Card)

Yes you can cancel at any time. The service is prepaid by the month, so there is no penalty fee for cancellation. Best to cancel in the last week of the month so you do not prepay for a month that you don’t use our service.

If you press the reset button on your modem/router, it basically wipes out the configuration and resets to factory setting. The modem must be reconfigured. Call Techminds directly for assistance 647 946 7777 .

Restart your modem and router
Turn them off, wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on.

Check all cables
Make sure power and Ethernet cables are plugged in securely.

Try other devices
See if the issue happens on multiple devices (like phones or laptops).

Reconnect to Wi-Fi
Forget the Wi-Fi network on your device, then reconnect using the correct password.

No, there is no Contract
We only need a current invoice from your previous Service Provider. Please make sure that the account number, name and address are indicated in the invoice.

No, you don’t have to worry about cancelling your phone connection with your previous Service Provider. Your connection will be terminated with your previous Service Provider when we port the number to Techminds

No. You are not required to sign any contracts.
